‘Businesses locating on the outskirts could locate right downtown if they wanted – but they don’t,’ he said. ‘That’s called free enterprise.'”
Wow. Does the man not understand urban planning? Free enterprise is great if your goal is to make money, but it’s no way to maintain quality of life – and you certainly don’t improve the quality of life by letting your downtown rot.
Just for posterity, the titles of the articles should be linked, not the publication title. (You seem to be linking to the Star per se three times, which you really aren’t.) Brackets and spaces are spurious, and magazine titles use CITE.
