When: Saturday, May 12th 2007
Rain date TBA. Free and all ages!

Two years ago, the folks at Newmindspace held an impromptu pillow fight in Dundas Square. A rally against gun violence was being held at the same time. Both forces combined for a memorable event that got a lot of media attention.

The pillow fight is back again but is being held at Nathan Phillips Square outside City Hall this coming Saturday. As NMS wrote in their press release, “Feathers fly and teddies soar as you converge for a giant urban pillow fight! Swing and whack as you evade pillow-wielding assailants. Bring a
soft pillow at 3 PM and wait for the signal.” You can also find more info at NMS’s Facebook event listing.

Rules: Please follow these guidelines to ensure a safe and fun pillow fight for everybody!

+ Soft pillows only!
+ Swing lightly, many people will be swinging at once.
+ Do not swing at people without pillows or with cameras.
+ Remove glasses beforehand!
+ Wait until the signal to begin.
+ Spectators welcome, but consider bringing a pillow
