Spacing on newsstand delayed a week

Our loyal subscribers will start receiving their copies of the new Spacing issue by the end of this week. We dropped it off at Canada Post yesterday and expect the packages to arrive in your mailboxes ASAP.
For those of you looking to buy Spacing on the newsstand today, as we previously advertised, you’ll be out of luck. We talked with our distributor and realized it was impossible to stock the stores by today. But we have a promise that all the stores that carry Spacing in Toronto will have their copies by Wednesday of next week.

But for the really eager Spacing freaks out there, we’ve worked out a deal with one local store: starting Friday, Pages Books & Magazines (256 Queen St. W.) will be the only store in the city selling the new issue on newsstands for five days.

  1. Is there going to be a release party?

  2. What a beautiful photo for the cover! That lifeguard station was my home during the summer of 2006. Someone once told me it has a lot of historical significance for Toronto.

  3. I just got mine in the mail today. Mailman finally didn’t fold the crap out of it.

  4. Hi. I just signed up for a subscription in May but have not yet received this latest water issue. I’m coming to the party tomorrow, but wanted to double-check that I’m on the mailing list! (the paypal item definitely appears on my credit card bill)

Can I pick up a back-issue at the party instead of another water issue (which I’ve already paid for)?

    Love your stuff…

    Thanks,
