> The creation of the committee should not be seen as a prelude to clamping down on the clubs
Rrrrrrrright…
> Mr. Vaughan still thinks the proposed rules should be toughened to … require clubs to monitor lineups with video cameras
Sounds like New York-style surveillance to me.
Adam Vaughan is watching you.
What’s the objection to more cell phone towers? As far as urban infrastructure goes, they seem pretty unobtrusive to me.
Asking phone companies to locate them in industrial zones instead of residential ones seems kind of pointless, considering that’s not likely to be where the demand is.

wow what an idea that toronto councillors could look at.Before installing expensive illegal cameras maybe they can look at the bottom line first.
People quoting the Post on Spacing; thats special.
Property tax caps sound great but often prove (like California) to be a disaster as nobody votes to raise their own taxes. If I am not mistaken property tax increases Toronto, (Toronto property taxes already lower than most other places in the GTA) have gone down slightly over the past 10 years.
Ugh… reading the Sun is like reading a bottom-of-the-barrel high school newspaper. Just painful.
Monika Warzecha quotes the national post, why is that a problem? She has every right tooand her posts just give a few headlines and topics that may be interesting. So let her have the freedom to post from any source she pleases.
