  1. I haven’t been overly impressed with some of their stunts, but I agree, this is fantastic.

  2. I wonder if it is possible to do something like this at Union Station? Toronto needs to have a lot more fun, especially during its rush hours

  3. I like that the guy with the megaphone at the start is the one walking around asking people what’s going on (thus, how everyone seems mic’d).

  4. Thanks to Jerrold at Blog TO for bringing this to my attention.

  5. Bravo! They should try and get everyone on the entire Manhattan Island to freeze one day for a couple minutes, say at high noon.

Btw, there’s a show about Grand Central Station on PBS at 9 tonight.

  6. Amazing! I was totally moved. But why? What is it about this that makes it shocking in a way that makes me feel so good about people? I’m really asking ’cause I know there are people on this site who have thought about it. Thanks for this.

Someone is. June 27th at 5:30. Check around Facebook for details, but it might still be listed under “Nathan Phillips Square Freeze 2008″…they just decided to change it a couple days ago.

  8. I want to get in on the Nathan Philips Square thing! But it’s not listed as that in facebook. Can you find it and post the new search term?
