Canadian Urbanism Uncovered

  1. An example of the City wasting it time fighting a citizen who is doing their job for them.

  2. Are there any laws governing signs posted by stores? In addition to the store name over the window (ban orange and white, ban orange and white!), some stores also boast a sandwich board on the sidewalk, a doorway sign that stick out at a 90 degree angle over the sidewalk, yet another sign posted on the second story of the building, as well as multiple neon lights and posters taped to the windows. Does messy urbanism really have to be so cluttered?
