Rob Ford mad? But consultants are private sector. Rob Ford loves the private sector. Surely, the TTC must have done right by using the private sector so much in its IT.
no, what rob ford has always said all along is that city agencies need to get by on MORE employees!
I think he’s in favour of intelligent use of the private sector, which this isn’t. It’s private sector people leeching easy money, which is the sensible thing to do if you’re a businessperson.
