Star article is very accurate — NYC is being utterly transformed by these clever plaza initiatives. They are all over Manhattan and making quite a difference.
Toronto lacks many of the diagonal streets that created these plaza opportunities in NYC but that doesn’t mean there aren’t some spots somewhere that could benefit from commando piazzas. (University + Front?)
