In response to “Don Lands arena project choking on red tape”, it might be time to get the private sector involved to build an attractive arena with proper urban design. Time is truly limited because of the constraints on federal funding.
All in all, I think we need some kind of watchdog group when it comes to developing the eastern waterfront, because it really seems destined to mediocrity.
