Fixed and fixed. Thanks folks.
Trends in Toronto continue on a dangerous path. http://www.yourhome.ca/homes/realestate/article/805505–canadian-building-permits-up-12-per-cent-in-march
The Toronto market did better than the national average, with $1.066 billion worth of permits in March, up 14.9 per cent. That was all due to residential building, up 48 per cent from the prior month. Most of that was for condominiums. Non-residential building, which includes commercial, industrial and institutional properties, was actually down by 27 per cent.
A worsening in the the ratio between residential and non residential development in Toronto hastens the city’s fiscal problems. As I posted on my blog yesterday…….

This is an excellent article. It really lays out what has gone wrong over the past few years on Miller and Giambrone’s watch.
“People will travel here from all over the world to do crazy s—,” he said. “Why do you choose a residential park for such an event? I’ve got kids and I don’t want them to meet crazy anarchists.”
hahahaha.
