On Wednesday, July 7, Spacing released our summer 2010 issue at the legendary El Mocambo. The above slideshow is a collection of the best signs from our Make Your Own Protest Sign to honour the theme of “spectacle” in the magazine’s cover section.
It was a hot day and night, to say the least. At times, it seemed as if the venue was about 10 degrees hotter than the temperature outside. Our little sign-making activity for the night luckily allowed readers to also use their signs as fans (a happy coincidence).
