Leaving a room uncleaned for 3 days makes it 3 times more work to clean? And that’s *dangerous*? Really? Do all those housekeepers clean their own homes every single day?
I can understand being protective of their jobs, and the fact that they apparently don’t know until the last minute whether they’ll have a shift or not smacks of incredibly poor planning on the part of the hotel, but to pretend that cleaning a hotel room every 3 days is dangerous is ridiculous.
Some colour on those new bike racks would have been nice. Just passed by one and would not have noticed it without reading those articles before hand.
Worth noting the “cyclist” killed on Spadina this morning was likely walking his bike over the streetcar right-of-way curbs. Technically that would make him a “pedestrian”.
