True to the popular vote, the closest rink is Westway Rink in Etobicoke. The development pictured is Tamarack Circle, off of Dixon Road.

I’d say it’s the Westway because of the
leafy
vegetation. The two other sites don’t have
that luxury(trees).
Moreover, the neighbouring streets at the two other locations follow a more or less rectangular grid.
In terms of leafiness, Scarborough Civic Centre and Albert Campbell Square are beside what looks like a small plot of forest.
