    Shame on Star for such a misleading piece of crap. Pick a different intersection (say, Bay and Bloor) the title can be “95% of cyclists obey the red-light”. If you look at the intersection it is pretty much like a T-intersection where what those cyclists did poses little to no danger to anybody. You can also tell that by the number of peds who walked against the signal. In the video for each cyclist who disobeyed the signal, there were probably 5 peds doing the same.
