I’ve been away here in Europe for a few weeks. It’s ok to be away but it’s the best time to think about Toronto because the usual things we take for granted, like the way the later-afternoon summer sun shines into the Bloor canyon in Yorkville, become apparent. I wrote about missing Toronto and why it’s so good to come home in my Toronto Star column this week.
