This is obviously not Toronto but rather London, where I spent last weekend wandering around, often with this miniature dachshund in tow, as here in the front seat of the 2nd floor of a bus. As always, a London visit has me thinking a lot about home and inspired my Toronto Star column this week, thinking about dogs in Toronto, where they can and can’t walk, and perhaps why we should loosen up about all that.
