Some 10s of 1000s of people will converge on Church Street tonight as the road is closed to cars and some of the best costumes around are brought out for viewing. Adult Halloween (with some kids too) is why the city is good. Head over once the smaller-sized trick-or-treaters have gone home. The local BIA expects towards 50,000 people (a prediction made pre-Sandy), and on Saturday, when these pictures were taken, things were already starting.
