This fall, Spacing was the sponsor of the Canadian Urbanism Award at the Toronto Urban Film Festival. The silent (and winning) films from TUFF are shown on the One Stop Media screens located on subway platforms across the city. There were a lot of great submissions to sort through but the best film that captured the spirit of our category was an animated feature called “Pinwheel” by Stephanie Kervin.

You’ll recognize iconic Toronto buildings like the Gladstone Hotel, Sam The Record Man, and the St. Lawrence Market. Congratulations to Stephanie and her whimsical film that was seen by thousands and thousands of daily TTC riders.
