So the city is spending $950,000 on a study of what to do with the cities garbage, when Green Lane is full. Gee guys for under $100, all we need is for Rob Ford to ring up Boris Johnson (mayor of the City of London in the UK), ask him what Greater London does with it’s garbage, It has 4 times the population Toronto does, and has been a major city 5 times as long. This isn’t a Toronto only issue, and it’s not a new issue.
