Good on Christopher Hume for his article. I noticed that the police did to that square in the summer, after I got cut off by an officer whipping out of the lot in his own car, while I was on my bike. He must have been on his way back to Milton: few live in town.

Luis, The Phoenix example is certainly relevant to the Toronto LRT discussion… Also noteworthy are the differences between the plan implemented in Phoenix vs. what was proposed in Toronto. (eg. The Phoenix plan involved significantly more time to secure voter buy-in and MUCH greater distances between stops/stations so that it actually functions like rapid transit)…
