1. who wrote “Truly environmental”? there is no attribution.
2. regarding the Pan Am games, why is Hamilton being considered above Toronto for the velodrome? Toronto REALLY needs a world class cycling facility. Spreading the facilities that wide forcing commutes of that distance is not in the interest of attendees or the environment. London ON has a 300 m velodrome. Toronto needs one. Both would be within reach of Hamiltonians even if they commute by bicycle.
