The lead editorial in today’s Star (“Don’t narrow Jarvis Street”) perpetuates the myth that the sidewalks are being widened and that bike lanes are being provided. There is still a lot of confusion in the media over what has been approved (partly because it was contrary to what was recommended).
I looked at that Sun story on bikes and had to check the calendar to see if it was April 1. Wow the Sun is slowly catching up to the last century.
