Resuming these regular posting of snaps made wandering around town, we arrive at Varsity Stadium during a recent track and field practice as the dance music from the PA system echoed off of surrounding buildings while athletes did their thing on the ultra-vivid artificial turf, as if on the Tellytubby set. In 1969, this was the site of another ultra-vivid event, the Live Peace in Toronto concert, with John, Yoko, Eric Clapton, and Alice Cooper (and a few bikers too).
