New York City’s leading cycling advocate Transportation Alternatives has announced a design competition for biking rules public service announcements. PSAs submitted can be moving or still images that creatively express cycling rules of the road and/or why biking rules! in the hopes of encouraging new and old riders to get out and ride.
The winning submissions will be selected by a jury and screened at the Biking Rules Film Festival in New York City in November 2009. For more information on the competition and to submit PSAs, see their website:
