Re: St. Clair streetcar anguish avoidable… so much of this mess (and time and cost overruns) could have been avoided if there were things like say a project manager or boss in place’ in place? Absolutely incredible! Rather than just being an apologist for the project, why wasn’t local Councillor and TTC Commissioner Joe Mihevc doing the kind of oversight that the public expects from people in his position?
