I’m not impressed with mixed use industrial and wealthy homes. it depends on the type of industrial: if just a square building producing clothing, then okay. but if it is an oil refinery, that can be quite disturbing to have in your backyard and no good for property value.
I look forward to more coastline being used for beaches.
