The City of Port Moody is seeking a professional artist or artist team for a public art project. The project is comprised of five illuminated mosaics to be sited in various locations in the Moody Centre Heritage Conservation Area. The mosaic artworks are intended to highlight significant historical and cultural locations in the City. The Call for Qualifications, which provides details on submission requirements, as well as the selection and commissioning processes, is available on the City of Port Moody’s website and can also be downloaded in pdf format here.

This public art project is part of the inter-municipal Necklace Project which envisions ten public art projects threaded together as individual jewels on a necklace of common purpose and inter-municipal collaboration throughout Metro Vancouver.
