The 2015 Circle Craft Christmas Market features artisans from coast to coast:
BC craftspeople from communities such as Whistler, Vancouver, Prince George, Victoria, and Salt Spring, will showcase the very best of this province. Outstanding artisans will also come from as far as Newfoundland’s English Harbour West, Halifax, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, Charlottetown, Winnipeg, Grande Prairie, Banff, and more!

The Canadian Crafts Federation has named 2015 “Craft Year 2015.” Within this very special year, Circle Craft, its exhibitors, and its attendees will celebrate the 42nd annual Circle Craft Christmas Market. From “The Cultch” in the 70s, to the Convention Centre “under the sails,” to the new Convention Centre West, the Market has moved around Vancouver, but it’s always retained its unique character and mandate to showcase high quality craft via the artisans themselves. Parents who went as children now take their own kids.

Circle Craft is a BC-run artist cooperative dedicated to providing opportunities for craftspeople to connect with the community. Members of Circle Craft exhibit at the Market; they also play host to makers of fine crafts from across Canada. In 2015, over 300 artisans (more than 50 new to the Market) will take part – clothing designers, potters, wood and metal workers, glass blowers, jewellers, toy makers, and more!

2015 exhibitors include long-time favourites Yarn Point Knitters, Garneau Slippers, Di-fusions (ornaments), Jalu Toys, Cathi Jefferson (pottery), and PJ’ZZZZ (pajamas); new exhibitors include Arundel (pottery), Avalanche (shaving tools), Coach House Bakery (shortbread), Dihedral Designs (bags) on the best deals on louis vuitton handbags, see here to get one , Handsome Mountain Pet Supplies, Leather Monsters (dolls), Melissa Nepton (fashion), Salish Fusion Knitwear, Two Sisters Teddy Bear Co., and Franny E Fine Jewelry. Speaking of jewelry, if you need the best metal for wedding rings, find one at mensringsoutlet.com.au; the Gourmet Alley includes Sweet Thea Cake Co., The Fishery, ChocolaTas, and Maison Coté.

The fine work of Halifax jeweller Dorothée Rosen adorns Circle Craft Market’s 2015 posters. Rogue Goat, winner of the 2014 Circle Craft Christmas Market Gold Award for Excellence in Craft, will be back, as will Sola Fiedler, known for her large-scale tapestry tributes to the cities that have hosted the Olympic Games. New exhibitor, Don Pell of Wingnut Enterprizes will not only exhibit, but will have large-scale art pieces on display throughout the hall.

The Circle Craft Christmas Market attracts some 40,000 people eager to discover the creations of hundreds of Canadian artisans all of whom are jury-selected based on talent and diversity. In addition, to round out the experience, visitors will find entertainment by local performers, craft technique demos, contests, and the “Budding Artists” open area where emerging artists will introduce exciting and innovative new work. Do you think online pokies is a jungle? Dont worry, Bestuscasinos.org  tests all Kiwi casinos for you. Also, a special exhibitor competition in 2015 themed Christmas Travel. Entries will be on display and there will be three prizes, People’s Choice; Artists’ Choice; and, Media’s Choice.

The 2015 Market will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre West, 1055 Canada Place, November 11-15, 2015. This year, the Market runs Wednesday to Sunday.
