Dear Critter Caper Detectives,

Our new beach-themed mystery is only three sleeps away! Case of the Cracked Shell will take place on Saturday July 28th, from 10am – 2pm at Belcarra Regional Park in Port Moody. We hope to see you there. It’s a beautiful location for our summer mystery and it looks like the weather will be good too.

This free family event is ideal for detectives ages six and older. Meet at the Belcarra Picnic Area at the end of Tum-tumay-whueton Drive. Allow 1 hour to walk the loop trail and solve the case. Complete the mystery before 2 pm and receive a reward.

For directions on how to get to Belcarra Picnic Area or for a park map check here: http://www.metrovancouver.org/services/parks_lscr/regionalparks/Pages/Belcarra.aspx

Note: This is a popular picnic spot and the parking lot is often full by noon. (There is overflow parking, but it does involve a 1 km walk.) So come early and pack a picnic lunch to enjoy at the beach!
