Call for Artists, Dallas Arboretum

The Public Art Program of the City of Dallas Office of Cultural Affairs requests the submission of qualifications from artists and/or artist teams to work with the Park and Recreation Department, the Dallas Arboretum and the community to participate in the development and execution of a work of public art on the grounds of the Arboretum.
A small group of artists will be short-listed for the project. Each artist selected will receive a stipend of $2500 to cover the costs of producing a public art concept proposal for the park.
Submissions must be received (not postmarked) by December 17, 2012 at 5:00 pm CST.
