Some poking around on Wikipedia suggests that the aircraft carrier going under the bridge in picture #2 is the HMCS Magnificent. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HMCS_Magnificent_(CVL_21)
Have you any aerial photos of the old streetcar barns on Lower Water south of Morris pre-1950 that display the streetcar tracks?
