While I do recognize the important role that a reasonable amount of parking plays in supporting viable retail in our complete streets, the fact remains that people buy stuff. Not cars. And until such a time comes where this changes, people are the ones that contribute to the vibrancy of our streets and the economic sustainability of our retail spaces.
