Dylan Reid reviews “There Was Never a Better Time;” the story of two men living in Toronto during the 1920s. Metrolinx regional transportation plan approved
On Friday afternoon Metrolinx board members voted unanimously on the implementation of the Regional Transportation Plan. Metrolinx was created to provide better transit for the municipalities and suburbs surrounding Toronto in conjunction with the city’s municipal transit system.
