I’ve always been fascinated by this little spot with the vacant lot facing St-Laurent. I’ve actually attended a party upstairs from the bookstore a few years back and was amazed at the size of that apartment, which I assumed to be tiny judging from the building. As shady as this spot may seem at times, I still find it pretty intriguing.
