STREET SCENE: Diverted Streetcar

Last weekend, with College St. closed, I saw diverted College and Dundas streetcars bunching up west of Bathurst. I was delighted to have so many slow moving trains to draw. Now the buses resume as College is reopened and the water main project continues.
