Urban Planet: Walkability boosts city’s economy

After being hit hard by the national housing crisis, the city of Lancaster in California, was looking for ways to grow. With the newly built Lancaster Boulevard, the city now draws thousands to new shops, bolstering economic growth and prosperity.
