This is Brûleurs Alley, a product of the local Burning Man community.

This is affectionately known as Burner A)(ey. A number of people from the neighborhood and around town who either go to the Burning Man arts festival or who are part of that extended scene put a lot of time and energy into beautifying and maintaining the alley. Thanks for the notice!
