  1. So much for the LTT, VRT and Garbage fees solving Toronto’s fiscal problems. The projected $350 million shortfall for 2010 might prove to be Miller’s downfall.

    As I have stated before, look for proceeds from land sales to cover up the structural deficit for another year.
