The City of White Rock is seeking a design for a multi-functional pole/sign/arch structure capable of holding banners at the entrance to our City. The structure must allow access to traffic and contain decorative elements to enhance the image of White Rock.
Deadline for Submissions: Monday, April 8, 2013, at 12 noon.
White Rock is working to increase its profile as an active arts community. This Gateway Project is an element intended to welcome the public to the City and as the main gateway to the city, the structure should enhance this understanding of White Rock as an arts community.
