Food city: Swedish lab builds replica city out of food

Read more articles by

Onions, garlic, broccoli and even chunks of meat make up this tiny miniature city made entirely out of food. Atelier Food, a Swedish food lab that looks at the future of food, gathered a team of designers, chefs, and developers to create this city of food. The company is exploring food systems via workshops and experimental restaurants.

They will present their results at the World Fair 2015 in Milan.
