James Gulliver Hancock loves to draw. He loves to draw so much that he is a bit panicked by the thought that be might not have enough time to draw every single building in New York City.

What started out as a blog full of meticulous drawings of brownstones and towers has now turned into the aptly titled book:  All the Buildings in New York: That I’ve Drawn So Far (Universe). The book is grouped by neighbourhoods and is chock full of beautiful illustrations of well known landmarks.

Hancock continues to draw; turns out there are a lot of buildings in New York City.
