…and I have no doubt that this coming weekend, drunk or otherwise irresponsible drivers will do as much actual property damage as the ‘black block’ managed to do over the G20. One of the crashes will very likely detain at least six hundred people in their cars on the 400 or some other highway. The only differences? No political agenda, no communique, no allegations of protesters and/or journalists getting beaten up, and no billion dollar security bill.
In short… may I suggest keeping the property damage in perspective? And on that topic, can we thank the Creator and everyone else making choices this weekend that nobody’s ended up dead or even (as of the reports I have seen) really seriously hurt?
