Spacing’s Shawn Micallef one of this year’s TEDxToronto speakers

A partial list of speakers for this year’s TEDxToronto conference was released yesterday and includes our Senior Editor Shawn Micallef along with the founders of Slutwalk, Ron Deibert of Citizen Lab, and eHealth innovator Dr. Joseph Cafazzo. The theme this year is alchemy and you can watch Shawn’s TEDx teaser video above talking about why cities are great but what part sometimes gets left out of the greatness (hint: it ain’t downtown).
