Instaflaneur: mo urinals no problems

Last week’s Toronto Star column looked at the public washroom problem in Toronto. One of those sustained pressure issues in the city. We used to have more, but we got pee-shy at some point and our easy-in-easy-out grand public washrooms were sealed up so we look for semi-public toilets in cafes, stores and dirty bars.
