The Globe and Mail had a bunch of interesting articles today. The first article was about the number of stray cats running around in our alleys. Some say there are 500,000 homeless kitties, while others contest there are only 250,000. The second article focused on the plans being put forward to reclaim the middle lane of Jarvis Street and turn it into a median. The project would also widen the sidewalks and include other streetscaping niceties. The third article talks about the business opportunities, and changing dynamics, on Toronto’s only clothing optional beach, Hanlan’s Point.
